Terms and Conditions for AI Employee Services (Read and Acknowledge)

These Terms and Conditions apply to all AI Employee services provided by Scale Through Automation, LLC. By checking the acknowledgment box, you agree to the terms below.

1. Services Provided

Scale Through Automation will provide AI Employee services which may include voice agents, conversation agents, chat agents, email agents, operations agents, workflow automation, knowledge base configuration, and general AI and automation support.

 

All services are delivered based on the information, materials, and access that you provide to us during setup.

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure that your AI Employee functions correctly, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and updated business information

  • Provide the policies, pricing, workflows, and instructions needed for configuration

  • Grant access to platforms required for integration such as CRM, phone systems, or email services

  • Review and approve workflows, scripts, or responses when asked

  • Keep all login information secure and backed up on your end

You understand that the quality of your inputs will directly affect the quality of the AI Employee’s performance.

3. Deployment Timeline

We make every effort to deploy AI Employees within twenty four to forty eight hours once access and required information are received. Timelines may vary depending on complexity or missing information.


4. Billing and Subscription Terms

All payments are due upfront unless otherwise arranged. Services renew automatically each month unless you cancel.

 

If a payment is missed, your AI Employees may be paused until the account is brought up to date.

No refunds are provided for partial months.


5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the AI Employees for any of the following:

  • Illegal activity

  • Harassment or abuse toward customers or employees

  • Sharing misinformation or harmful content

  • Handling medical, legal, or financial compliance information unless approved

  • Activities that violate state or federal regulations

If misuse occurs, STA may pause or terminate access to AI Employees.


6. Performance and Limitations

AI Employees operate based on the information provided. Although they are highly reliable and tested, no AI system is guaranteed to be perfect.

You understand the following:

  • The AI Employee may occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete responses

  • Third party platforms such as phone systems and AI model hosts may experience downtime

  • Results depend on the clarity and accuracy of the information you provide

STA will support adjustments as needed and work with you to improve performance.


7. Environment and Data Control

Once deployed, your AI Employees operate inside your own environment. All conversations, call logs, knowledge base content, and interactions remain in your system. STA does not store or copy your data.

 Any setup information stored during onboarding will be removed upon request.

 Your data stays under your control at all times.


8. Updates and Improvements

We may update, refine, or improve the AI Employee features, logic, or settings as part of our service. Updates may occur automatically as long as they do not interrupt your business operations.


9. Cancellation

You may cancel your AI Employee service at any time by notifying us. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle. Access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.


10. Termination by STA

We may terminate services if:

  • Payments are repeatedly missed

  • The AI Employee is being used for harmful or illegal activity

  • You refuse required access or information needed for operation

We will notify you before taking any action.


11. Limitation of Liability

STA is not responsible for:

  • Damages caused by inaccurate or outdated information provided by you

  • Downtime from third party apps, phone carriers, hosting providers, or AI platforms

  • Losses resulting from misuse of the AI Employee by your team

  • Business decisions made based on AI responses

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the month of the issue.


12. No Guarantee of Specific Results

We cannot guarantee specific sales, leads, revenue, or outcomes. The AI Employee is a tool and its performance depends on several factors including your data, your market, your customer base, and your internal processes.


13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.


14. Acknowledgment

By checking the acknowledgment box, you confirm that:

  • You have reviewed these Terms and Conditions

  • You understand the responsibilities and limitations

  • You agree to these terms

  • You understand how the service operates

  • You understand that these terms work together with the Confidentiality and Data Protection Agreement
